Training needs analysis
Personal and group training and action planning
We can work with you and your team to identify both individual and collective training needs, so that you will have comprehensive personal and organisational training plans – or training needs analysis.
The format also works as a team development day, which identifies a collective sense of the organisational development needs of the group, and helps to identify obstacles to progress and seek shared solutions to be worked on.
The sessions can be delivered as either a half or a full day. A half day would focus on training and skills development, the full day would allow time for the wider organisational discussion that will inevitably flow from the initial activity.
The format is based on Participatory Appraisal techniques, used in overseas development for engagement and consultation, so is fun and engaging as well as being incredibly useful and supportive.
We can also work with you on a one to one basis if you prefer – to help managers explore their own training needs and those of their team(s), or to support individuals to explore their training needs in relation to their career aspirations.
