Mentoring

Working Together Project has many years experience of training mentors and brokering high quality mentoring support to the voluntary and community sector.

This support is delivered by our team of trained expert volunteers from a range of backgrounds and sectors. The mentoring can be delivered either as a stand-alone learning and developement activity, or can add value to other learning that you are undertaking.

If you are looking to develop or improve your management, support, mentoring or coaching skills, then this is a fantastic opportunity for you.

You will have access to nationally recognised, accredited mentoring training from the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) level 4, an organised mentoring placement, and on completion of the course, careful matching to an appropriate mentee – with ongoing facilitated peer support to help you in your role.

This package will give you the career development opportunity you need, with the support you need to do it – and a future employment reference as well!
