Bespoke training and workshops

WTP develops and delivers training and workshops for organisations and teams in-house.  If you have a number of people that need training in the same topic area, it might be more cost-effective and tailored to your needs, to buy it in rather than book lots of places on open courses and not quite get what you want.

We will discuss your needs with you and tailor a course to meet your organisation and sector’s exact needs, thanks to our wide range of experienced specialist trainers. We will organise the training at a time and venue to suit you, which can be at your premises, or at a lovely away-day venue.

We can deliver in-house courses and workshops in the following areas and under the broad headings outlined below. Click on the title of any of the courses to get more information on indicative learning outcomes – however, these can all be tailored to fit your needs.  We can also put the content from a number of courses together if that is what makes sense for your organisational context.

Please do ask for a bespoke quote to meet your needs. If you are getting quotes from a number of providers, do come back to us, as we may be able to match a quote. For guidance:

  • The standard rate for a whole day for a group of up to 12 people is £800, and a half day is £500.  We can also quote for larger groups and multiple days.
  • Community groups in Brighton and Hove can usually access subsidised support – please give us a ring or go to the ‘community leadership’ and ‘neighbourhood training’ sections of the website.
