Bespoke facilitation

Facilitation helps you work through a particular issue, develop a plan, build your team, work with your service users or to help you find out where you’re at as a team or as an organisation.

We can work with you to develop a day or series of days on dates and times to suit you, with a facilitator from our highly skilled team whose experience best matches the needs of your organisation and the issue(s) you need to tackle.

The facilitator will discuss your hopes and needs with you in advance, then use a variety of tools to help you understand your common objectives, assist you to plan to achieve them, and achieve consensus on any disagreements, without taking a particular position in the discussion.

But don’t let this list limit you – we can find you an expert facilitator for every occasion.

Please do ask for a bespoke quote to meet your needs.  For guidance:

  • The standard rate for a whole day for a group of up to 12 people is £750, and a half day is £450.  Larger groups can be quoted for as well.
  • The reduced rate for voluntary sector organisations with an income of less than £200,000 (per annum) for a whole day is £700, and a half day is £400.
  • Community groups in Brighton and Hove can usually access subsidised support – please give us a ring or go to the ‘community leadership’ and ‘neighbourhood training’ sections of the website.
