Our organisational development strand supports third and public sector organisations in the UK by providing competitively priced training and development. Building on the work we’ve done in Sussex, we think we have something new to offer the wider world of training and learning.

WTP believes that you can’t have great organisations without great leaders who instill leadership at all levels of their organisation. With that in mind we’ve devised a year long mixed programme of residential training, mentoring and supported learning to bring out the leadership potential in the managers of today, and the management potential in the leaders of tomorrow.
This is our low cost short course programme for anyone that falls outside of the geographic area of Sussex, enabling the whole of the UK’s third and public sectors to take advantage of our exceptional training in the heart of sunny Brighton.
If none of our existing courses suit your organisations needs, then we will work with you to create a bespoke course specially to match your requirements. We can work with you to develop workshops, training days, team building events, facilitated meetings or coaching sessions – whatever and wherever suits you best!
