Equal Opportunities - Policy Framework and Implementation Checklist

This information sheet is separated into three sections - "Steps for Developing Equal Opportunities Policies", "A Model Framework" and "An Implementation Checklist".  The first section sets out the steps for developing an equal opportunities policy for use in the voluntary sector.  The 'model' policy provides a framework for reflection, training and action.  It outlines a framework in equal opportunities that groups and organisations can be striving towards.  The "implementation checklist" provides you with a quick check of the current health of your group regarding its equal opportunities.  it can also be used for the purposes of debate and planning of future action.  Click to download Word or PDF version.
