Information: Fundraising
The Working Together Project provides information on fundraising opportunities and grant-giving organisations on an on-going basis. This information is published in our newsletter, and we also provide links to a range of other useful websites:
  • Funding Directory
    This is a link to another Website Community. Brighton. There are lists of local and national funders. The Working Together Project regularly updates the information in this directory and is in the process of working with funders to update the information themselves.

  • Fundraising for Community Groups

    This is a guide primarily for community groups who are starting to fundraise for their groups.  It is a guide which looks at planning, skills required, equal opportunities, networking and gives some hints and tips on being effective at raising money.  Word or PDF.

  • How to develop an effective fundraising plan
  • This information sheet analyses fundraising planning into four stages - researching, planning, action and evaluation.  It is a useful sheet to use as a checklist when beginning or reviewing your fundraising strategies.  Click to download Word or PDF version.

    Adapted from Non-Profit Nuts & Bolts Bonus which is a quarterly supplement to Non-Profits Nuts & Bolts newsletter published electronically 12 times a year by Nuts & Bolts publishing;
