About WTP
What we can do for you
Working Together Project (WTP) is the leading provider of training and learning to charities, community groups, social enterprises and the public sector in Sussex. Working Together Project works in partnership to deliver practical, relevant, professional and friendly training that is in high demand. The broad areas of training that Working Together Project cover are: leadership and management, governance, working with people, finance and law, administrative skills, fundraising and income generation, marketing and IT skills. Working Together Project provides open courses, accredited training, fully funded bespoke training with community groups, and mentoring. Working Together Project can also be commissioned to provide bespoke in-house training or facilitation, training needs analysis for team development, action learning and consultancy.
Our training
Our half-, one-, and two-day courses are practical, relevant, professional, friendly, fun, and cover a wide range of subject areas allowing you to do part-time courses around your other commitments; and our longer courses and mentoring programmes provide ongoing support to deliver what you’ve learnt. Our in-house bespoke training and facilitation supports teams to learn and plan together.

We have dedicated Development Workers who can come and visit you to help you to work out what training and support you need.
Our values
By purchasing training from WTP you are subsidising training for people from disadvantaged communities and community organisations. We are also based in the most environmentally sustainable mixed use building in the country and purchase ethically; including using recycled products and fair traded tea, coffee and sugar for all of our refreshments.
