WTP People

WTP: WTP People

Our people are key to the success of our organisation, and we value the knowledge, skills and experience they bring. The Working Together Project (WTP) ethos of collaborative and partnership working is embodied by our trustees, staff, volunteers and trainers. We believe that everyone should be able to contribute and have ownership of the organisation – including all of our participating people and organisations.

The staff have regular team days and have as much imput as they want into the development and strategy of The WTP. We don’t just support and develop other people’s teams, as a learning organisation, it is essential that we do the same.
