Thanks for visiting our site, we hope it communicates some of the passion and enthusiasm we have for providing all kinds of training and learning that supports community, voluntary, and social enterprise endeavour.

How it works

The site has three main strands – community training, organisational development and learning space. Click on “About WTP” for any background information you need.

Community training

Find courses for groups and organisations in Brighton, Hove and Sussex, including training for neighbourhood community groups; our community leadership course and short course programmes for the third sector.

Organisational development

Access the range of services that are open to organisations across the UK. These are our courses-by-the-sea – short course programme, inspirational leader effective manager – year-long management development programme, and our in-house and bespoke training and facilitation services.

How we got here

The Working Together Project (WTP) started 12 years ago as a small collaborative endeavour delivering training to not-for-profits in Brighton and Hove. Read more about WTP.
